The film is a prison drama with career defining performances from Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman. This poster was produced to mark the 10th anniversary of the films release. Drew Struzan was commissioned to produce the brilliant artwork. This poster is rolled and in near mint condition and would have been used in US cinemas. Unfortunately, this item got damaged in transit to us and has been reduced to 50% of the last copy of this poster we sold. Creasing can be seen along the orange strip at the top of the poster. This could be hidden by the frame mount. Linen backing would likely remove most of the creasing also.
