This is an original UK Quad poster for the film Diamonds are Forever. Bond is immediately recognisable as Sean Connery, again surrounded by two impossibly beautiful women holding handfuls of diamonds. All 3 sit on the arm of a space buggy which Bond hijacks in the film. Blofelds diamond satellite superweapon and oil rig lair feature in the background. Instead of a tagline as used in previous Bond posters the "Forever" in the poster is repeated. There may not be a more memorable Bond theme tune that Shirley Bassey's track for this movie. This poster is in beautiful linen backed condition. -
A near-mint original poster, that has been linen-backed, for the James Bond film 'For Your Eyes Only'. The poster, part of what is known as the 'Legs Campaign', is dominated by the legs of a girl holding a crossbow, the signature weapon of the character Melina Havelock. To the left of the main characters, there are divers while helicopters, scramblers, skiers, explosions on luxury yachts, snipers, and car chases make this a Bond poster that has it all. Having gone sci-fi four years earlier with Moonraker, the producers returned to a grittier feel with For Your Eyes Only in 1981. Bond is back in his signature tux but for once 007 is on the undercard. UK Quad Posters in an excellent condition for this film are highly sought after. The unframed image is a higher definition picture that enables condition assessment. It is immaculate and will remain so as long as it is kept in this frame. -

Rather than conventional artwork, designer Robert Brownjohn uses the same photographic approach for the poster that was used in the title sequence. Hugely innovative at the time, an image of Bond (Sean Connery) and Pussy Galore (Honour Blackman) is projected onto a girl painted gold. This startling image would have created huge intrigue and implied the use of cutting-edge technology at the time of the film's release.
