This is an original US poster for a 1962 re-release of the film Roman Holiday. Audrey Hepburn won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of Ann, a princess from an unnamed European Country. To escape the burdens of royal life, Ana escapes from her countries embassy before falling asleep on a park bench. It is at this point that Joe Bradly (Gregory Peck) finds Ana though he does not recognise her.
Although Roman Holiday was made 8 years before Breakfast at Tiffany’s, this re-release poster was printed the year after Breakfast at Tiffany’s was released in 1961. At the time Hepburn was the biggest star in the world, which explains why this poster is such a homage to this once-in-a-lifetime star.
