This is an original UK quad cinema poster from the 1975 re-release of the 1967 animated classic The Jungle Book. This is a rare example were the poster for the re-release of a film becomes more coveted than the posters for a first release. The reason for this can be attributed to the incredible artwork in this picture which is widely consider to be better than the artwork used in the first release posters. The film was produced by Disney and is based on a novel by Rudyard Kipling. Mowgli, a boy brought up in the jungle, gets the help of a bear and a panther after a tiger threatens to kill him. This poster is linen backed and in near mint condition. It would make an incredible piece of artwork on any wall. The 3rd image is a HD picture that enables a better condition assessment.

Mint
A flawless poster that will be in the exact same condition as the day it was printed with no marks or fading.

Near Mint
This poster will be in excellent conditions and if it has a blemish or mark it will be barely noticeable.

Very Fine
A poster that may have more than one very minor flaws, a minor tear or some barely visible signs of restoration. Colour in outstanding condition.

Fine
A fine poster while still very presentable may have some edge damage, show clearer signs of restoration or have multiple nicks to the surface. If a folded poster there may be loss of colour along the folds.

Very Good
An average poster that shows multiple pinholes, tears that are clearly visible or possible tape stains. Colours are still good but the paper may have yellowed.

Good and Below Good
This poster will show serious signs of wear and tears, fading of colours, tear marks and/or noticeable repair work.
