This is an original French cinema poster for the film White Oleander. In the film Michelle Pfeiffer plays Ingrid a woman who kills a cheating partner with oleander poison. This item will be on display in the Saatchi Gallery, London as part of their 2025 'Flowers – Flora in Contemporary Art and Culture' exhibition which opens in February 2025. An original double-sided cinema poster in near mint condition for the 2008 film The Dark Knight. This poster is probably the most desirable poster produced for the trilogy of Batman movies directed by Christopher Nolan. No actor has captured the rebel spirt and menace required for a Batman 'bad guy' quite like Heath Ledger?s Joker. In this poster Joker appears to be standing behind a glass screen on which he has written the hugely memorable line 'Why So Serious?' in blood. It is an outstanding image which looks even more brilliant when seen up close. There are many fakes of this poster circulating. The reproductions are double-sided (as one would expect from an original poster), however the dimensions of the fakes are slightly smaller, the paper is less glossy and the colour's are not as deep. In short the quality of an original, such as the one we have on offer, are much better and of course more valuable. This is an original near mint US One Sheet Poster for the release of the film Spiderman. This poster style was withdrawn as it features an image of the Twin Towers in the reflection in Spiderman's eye. The poster was printed before the September 11th attacks on New York City and subsequently withdrawn and never used in cinemas. This particular copy has the added bonus of being a printer's proof, it was never trimmed and the colour bars can be seen on the side. Posters for the Spiderman franchise are hugely popular and this poster is the most collectible one around. The 3rd unframed image shows the actual poster available.
