This photograph of Bond was taken by the renowned photographer - Terry O' Neill. This advance poster would have been one of the first images of Pierce Brosnan as 007. There is some rippling along the surface of the poster that runs horizontal along the first '0' in 007. Otherwise this poster is in good condition. This is an Original UK One Sheet Poster for the 2014 film The Grand Budapest Hotel. A typically Anderson all-star cast is led brilliantly Ralph Fiennes as the impeccably connected hotel concierge Gustave H, who befriends and employs the bellboy Zero, played by the equally brilliant Tony Revolori. The hotel's design may be the biggest star of all, however, and this is certainly the case in this poster. This particular image has become particularly sought after with collectors and lovers of the film. There is some edge and light surface wear on the poster which can be examined in the 3rd unframed poster image. This is the actual poster available for sale. This is an rare original poster for the first release of 'The Man with the Golden Gun' in 1974, which features a tie-up with the brand Guinness. The huge golden gun directed at Bond with the '007' ominously etched onto a bullet is central to the poster but it shares the limelight with the famous Irish stout. A bottle of Guinness makes an appearance in the film when Nick Nack brings it to Scaramanga on a tray with bottle of Champagne and a plate of oysters in the pre-title sequence. The poster is in excellent condition and a real collectors item as it combines a hugely popular film franchise and brand among poster lovers. The round white/black objects you may see in the corners are magnets, used to photograph the posters. They have not damaged the posters in any way.
  • This is a brilliant set of original advance posters to promote the release of the film Parasite in the UK. Few film releases have created as much excitement among poster lovers in the past 5-10 years as Parasite, with many brilliant alternate artworks. The film was a relatively late release in the UK (it had already won the Palm D’Or and was hotly tipped for an Oscar) and the distributor Curzon went all out producing these 3 posters. We have decided to keep them together and offer them as a collection. The illustrated poster was produced by the London-based design studio La Boca and it generated huge publicity online about the film's pending release. It features scenes and rooms from the house in the movie. Its brilliance lies in the way the viewer constantly finds new layers and context upon viewing it. The black & white image was only used to publicise the film in the UK and the detail in the image is truly staggering. The 3rd image with the black and white strips over the character's eyes was used in cinema posters globally and completes the set. All 3 posters are in Very Fine to Near Mint condition. The unframed HD images enable the best condition assessment. The round white/black objects you may see in the corners are magnets, used to photograph the posters. They have not damaged the posters in any way.
  • Chelsea Girls was the only art-house film directed by Andy Warhol to achieve mainstream success. This poster was designed for a UK screening of the film at the Art's Laboratory in London in 1968 and Warhol famously remarked that he wished the movie was as good as the poster. The circulation of the poster led to outcries of indecency and it was withdrawn. Only a small number of these posters are thought to have survived and they have generally been bought by museums such as the TATE. However, in 1970 the designer, Alan Aldridge, commissioned Motif to produce a further run of the posters and it is one of these posters we have on offer. Although this is a rare example of a poster on our website that wasn't used as promotional material for a film release, it is both a compelling artwork and investment piece. Its presents very well but there have been minor repairs to 3 tears which can only be seen by scrutinising the back The 3rd unframed image enables the best condition assessment.
