This is an original double-sided cinema poster in near mint condition for the 2001 film Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone. Sorcerers Stone (name used for U.S. cinemas while Philospher’s Stone was used in Britain) was the first of the Harry Potter books to be made into a film. As such it introduced Daniel Radcliffe to the world as the boy wizard. This being an advance poster, used to publicise the imminent release of the film series, makes it particularly collectable as it is one of the first Harry Potter cinema posters ever printed. There is some edge wear to the bottom (which could be hidden with framing) which is be best assessed in the 3rd unframed image.

The round white/black objects you may see in the corners are magnets, used to photograph the posters. They have not damaged the posters in any way.

Mint
A flawless poster that will be in the exact same condition as the day it was printed with no marks or fading.

Near Mint
This poster will be in excellent conditions and if it has a blemish or mark it will be barely noticeable.

Very Fine
A poster that may have more than one very minor flaws, a minor tear or some barely visible signs of restoration. Colour in outstanding condition.

Fine
A fine poster while still very presentable may have some edge damage, show clearer signs of restoration or have multiple nicks to the surface. If a folded poster there may be loss of colour along the folds.

Very Good
An average poster that shows multiple pinholes, tears that are clearly visible or possible tape stains. Colours are still good but the paper may have yellowed.

Good and Below Good
This poster will show serious signs of wear and tears, fading of colours, tear marks and/or noticeable repair work.
