In the year of the London Olympics where Bond parachutes into Buckingham Palace and meets the Queen, the 50th anniversary of the Bond franchise somewhat plays second fiddle. The traditional gun barrel logo with echoes of the London Underground, a key setting in the movie where Bond confronts villain Silivia (played by Xavier Bardman), form the background for many of the posters for the movie, including this French Grande poster.

The round white/black objects you may see in the corners are magnets, used to photograph the posters. They have not damaged the posters in any way.

Below is a section from that guide:

Mint
A flawless poster that will be in the exact same condition as the day it was printed with no marks or fading.

Near Mint
This poster will be in excellent conditions and if it has a blemish or mark it will be barely noticeable.

Very Fine
A poster that may have more than one very minor flaws, a minor tear or some barely visible signs of restoration. Colour in outstanding condition.

Fine
A fine poster while still very presentable may have some edge damage, show clearer signs of restoration or have multiple nicks to the surface. If a folded poster there may be loss of colour along the folds.

Very Good
An average poster that shows multiple pinholes, tears that are clearly visible or possible tape stains. Colours are still good but the paper may have yellowed.

Good and Below Good
This poster will show serious signs of wear and tears, fading of colours, tear marks and/or noticeable repair work.

CONSERVATION FRAMING (UK Only)

Please note that all posters are unframed as standard.

We can however arrange framing, and this is available on eligible posters when adding them to your basket.

This includes:
– A bespoke black wood conservation frame
– A white conservation frame mount
– 93% UV resistant Perspex to protect your poster

Lead Time & Delivery
It can take up to an additional 2 weeks for a poster to be delivered when adding the framing option to an unframed poster, as it needs to be handed to and processed by the framer before being shipped.
