This is an original UK quad cinema poster for the film Moonraker. Having previously seen Bond in diving gear, skiing gear, and of course his trademark tux, the Moonraker poster sees Bonds wearing a spacesuit. Moonraker was thought by many to be the franchise’s answer to the ‘Star Wars’ phenomenon gripping the world in the late 70s. There is an almost 3D quality to this poster in which friend/foe Jaws and the Bond girl Holy Goodhead feature prominently. This poster is in a very clean rolled condition.
There has been some restoration but overall this linenbacked poster presents very well. The unframed image is a higher definition picture that enables condition assessment.
